Meet Raïssa Manawa
Driven by a deep love for culinary explorations, Raïssa embarked on a reviving venture, launching her very first food service ShrimpIn’. Established in 2019, ShrimpIn is a unique seafood experience with a savoury blend of African and Caribbean spices. Shortly after its debut, ShrimpIn’ garnered national recognition and was featured in taste.ca as one of Montreal’s first indulgent seafood experiences.
Today ShrimpIn’ is a major catalyst for Raïssa’s upcoming culinary ventures such as Ndockoclock. From live cooking experiences to being an educational source of Afro foods’ rich heritage, Ndock O’clock’s culinary vision is to weave together flavours, stories, and traditions; inviting all to savour not just meals but cultural narratives.

Today, Ndock O’clock’s aim is to cultivate an open and inviting space for your culinary explorations. More than just cooking sessions, our vision is to foster an amicable environment where new forms of therapeutic escapes are discovered in joy, laughter, and cultivating companionship!
